Is there a minimum purchase amount needed to order online?

there is no minimum purchase required, but with a lot of Ming’s Products available, we are sure adding a few more products to your cart is worth it.

Do you accept orders on weekends and outside business hours?

Yes, we accept orders 24/7 on our website. However, orders made from Saturday to Sunday, or beyond office hours will be processed the next day or the next office hours (9am – 6pm).

Is there a chance my order won’t be fulfilled?

In case specific products are unavailable for any reason, our team will contact you to suggest a replacement or provide a refund.

Do you accept resellers and bulk orders?

Yes, we accept bulk orders. Kindly send us an email at info@srfoods.com.ph for reseller/bulk order inquiries.

Where can I order online?

Are your products available in drugstores?

Yes, you may buy Ming’s products at Mercury Drug, Watsons, Southstar Drug, Generika drugstore, and other drug stores near you.

Orders & Payment Process

How can I order?

Just log on to Ming’s online store site, find the product you want and proceed to the ordering process. You can see the summary of your orders and other information before checking out.

How will I know if my order pushed through?

You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order.

What information do I share when ordering?

The online store will only ask for the important information needed to process your order. This includes your name, address, and contact details.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept local and international issued Mastercard and VISA credit cards, debit card and GCash as payment method.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Try again after a little while. Please check your account balance if the payment is still not accepted. If everything is in order but you are still unable to pay, please get in touch with us immediately at (02)8244 – 35 – 11 or 0922 876 0738.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on your location, quantity, size, and weight of your orders. The shipping cost will show during checkout before completing your transaction.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in the Philippines.

What shipping couriers do you use?

At the moment, we are currently using LBC to ship out your orders.

How will I know if my orders are shipped?

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number that you may use to trace your orders at our courier’s Track and Trace website.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

You can track the status of your orders through LBC’s Track & Trace. If your order did not arrive on the estimated date, please contact us through (02)8244 – 35 - 11 or 0922 876 0738.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?

Once the order is confirmed you can no longer make any changes such as your address and payment method. Please ensure the delivery address and payment method is correct before confirming your order.

Product Return & Exchange

What is your return policy?

Products ordered from the SR Foods website with defect or damage that are delivered to our customers are valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Just simply send us an email and make sure to leave your contact number so we can contact you immediately.

For products in good condition, change of mind is not accepted as a reason for return or refund. Products that are defective or damaged, may be refunded, returned, or exchanged within 3 days upon receipt of your order. In this case, you may contact us at info@srfoods.com.ph Outside the 3-day grace period, we will no longer accept return requests as the products may have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect.
  • Products should be in their original purchase condition, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
  • For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will be covered by SR Foods Phils.

I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@srfoods.com.ph within 3days of receipt of your order. Do not dispose of or throw away any of the items you are writing about. Please send photos of the product and let us know how it is considered damaged or defective via email. You will receive an email from us with return and exchange instructions so you can drop them off at any LBC branch near you.

I received the wrong products. What should I do?

If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours at info@srfoods.com.ph, make sure to leave your contact number so we can reach you when we deliver the correct items to you on the next available delivery date. Do not dispose of or throw away any of the items you are writing about. Please send photos of the product and together with the proof of that a wrong one is delivered, via email. Our team will reply to you with return and exchange instructions so you can drop them off at any LBC branch near you.

I received an expired or nearly expired product. What should I do?

We are very sorry about this. We have a strict policy to ensure our customers receive products with sufficient shelf life. In the unlikely event that this happens, kindly reach us through info@srfoods.com.ph. We’d be happy to assist you.
